Steps to Recover Deleted Files:

  1. Open OneDrive on your device or via the web.
  2. Go to the Recycle Bin (desktop: right-click on the OneDrive icon; web: found on the left sidebar).
  3. Select the file(s) you want to recover and click Restore.

Recover Permanently Deleted Files:

  • Contact your administrator (for business accounts) or Microsoft Support for recovery if files exceed the 30-day window and your organization has retention policies enabled.
