Yes, OneDrive supports offline access on both desktop and mobile platforms. This feature ensures you can work on files even when disconnected from the internet.

How to Enable Offline Access:

  • Desktop:

    1. Open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (macOS).
    2. Right-click the file or folder and select Always keep on this device.
  • Mobile:

    1. Open the OneDrive app.
    2. Locate the file or folder you need and tap the three-dot menu.
    3. Select Make Available Offline.

Limitations:

  • Changes made offline sync to the cloud only when you reconnect to the internet.
  • Offline access must be manually enabled manually per file or folder.

Tip:

 Use OneDrive’s Selective Sync to download only essential folders for offline access.
