How to Use Breakout Rooms Effectively in Microsoft Teams

Introduction:
Learn how to create and manage breakout rooms in Teams for workshops, brainstorming sessions, and training activities.
Steps (Desktop):
- Start or join a meeting as an organizer.
- Click the Breakout Rooms icon on the meeting toolbar.
- Select the number of rooms to create and choose Automatically or Manually to assign participants.
- Click Create Rooms.
- Manage the rooms by clicking Open Rooms.
- Move participants, rename rooms, or join any room as needed.
- Close all breakout rooms by clicking Close Rooms once the discussion is over.
Steps (Mobile):
- Join the meeting and tap the More Options icon.
- Select Breakout Rooms and set them up as described above.
- Manage rooms directly from the app by assigning participants or joining rooms.
