Steps for Outlook Desktop
- Open Outlook and create a new email by clicking New Email.
- Compose your email as usual, including the recipient(s), subject, and body.
- Go to the Options tab in the ribbon.
- Click Delay Delivery in the More Options group.
- In the dialog box, under the Delivery Options section:
- Check Do not deliver before and select the desired date and time.
- Click Close, then Send. The email will stay in your Outbox until the scheduled time.
Steps for Outlook Web
- Log in to Outlook Web using your credentials.
- Click New Message to draft your email.
- After composing, click the down arrow next to the Send button.
- Select Send Later and choose a date and time.
- Confirm your schedule by clicking Send.
Steps for Outlook Mobile App
- Open the Outlook app on your smartphone.
- Tap the + or Compose icon to create a new email.
- After composing the email, tap the three dots (ellipsis) in the top-right corner.
- Select Schedule Send and pick a date and time.
