Steps (Desktop Platform)

  1. Enable Cached Exchange Mode:
    • Navigate to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
    • Select your account, click Change, and check Use Cached Exchange Mode.
    • Restart Outlook for changes to take effect.
  2. Download Emails for Offline Access:
    • Go to File > Options > Advanced.
    • Under Send/Receive, click Send/Receive Groups > Define Groups.
    • Ensure Download offline copies of all emails is checked.

Steps (Web Platform)

Offline mode is not supported in the web version. Use the desktop app for offline access.
