Steps to Resolve the Issue

Step 1: Check Server Connectivity
  • Confirm that Outlook is connected to Microsoft 365 servers by checking the status bar.
  • Visit the Service Health Dashboard to verify server availability.
Step 2: Repair Account Settings
  • Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
  • Select your account, click Repair, and follow the prompts.
Step 3: Clear the Outlook Cache
  • Close Outlook and navigate to the cache folder:
    C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook.
  • Delete temporary cache files and restart Outlook.
Step 4: Recreate the Outlook Profile
  • Open Control Panel > Mail > Profiles.
  • Click Add, create a new profile, and set it as default.
Step 5: Enable Cached Exchange Mode
