Why Can’t I See All My Folders in the New Outlook?
Answer
Folders may be collapsed by default.
- Expand the folder pane using the arrow next to Inbox.
- Ensure all folders are synced under Settings > Folders.
If folders remain missing, check server synchronization settings.
