How to Schedule and Delay Sending Emails in Outlook

Introduction
Outlook allows you to schedule emails to be sent at a later time, which is useful for reaching recipients at optimal times or preventing premature email sends.
Steps (Desktop - Outlook for Windows/Mac)
- Compose a new email and add recipients.
- Click Options > Delay Delivery.
- Under Delivery options, check Do not deliver before and choose the date and time.
- Click Close, then Send (the email will stay in the Outbox until the scheduled time).
Steps (Outlook Web - Outlook on the Web/OWA)
- Compose a new email.
- Click the down arrow next to Send and select Schedule send.
- Pick a suggested time or click Custom time to set your own.
- Click Send (the email will be stored until the scheduled time).
