Steps to Resolve the Issue

  1. Restart Outlook in Safe Mode

  3. Repair PST/OST Files
    • Use the Inbox Repair Tool (SCANPST.exe) to fix corrupt files.

    • Check for updates under File > Office Account > Update Options.
