Why Are My Outlook Emails Going to Junk?

Answer:

Emails may be incorrectly classified as junk due to:

  • Strict spam filters
  • Suspicious email content
  • The sender not being in the Safe Senders List

Solutions:

  1. Mark Emails as Not Junk
    • Open the Junk Email folder, right-click the email, and select Not Junk.
  2. Add the Sender to the Safe List
    • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk Email > Add the sender to Safe Senders.
  3. Check Email Filtering Rules
    • Navigate to Rules & Alerts to ensure emails aren’t being redirected incorrectly.
