Why Are My Outlook Emails Going to Junk?

Answer:
Emails may be incorrectly classified as junk due to:
- Strict spam filters
- Suspicious email content
- The sender not being in the Safe Senders List
Solutions:
- Mark Emails as Not Junk
- Open the Junk Email folder, right-click the email, and select Not Junk.
- Add the Sender to the Safe List
- Go to Settings > Mail > Junk Email > Add the sender to Safe Senders.
- Check Email Filtering Rules
- Navigate to Rules & Alerts to ensure emails aren’t being redirected incorrectly.
